Ibanez Warranty

Warranty Period:

• Electric instruments: 1 year from original retail purchase.

• Acoustic instruments: Lifetime for the original purchaser (factory-installed electrical/electronic parts or tuning hardware: 1 year).

Coverage:

• Repair or replacement of parts defective in materials or workmanship under normal use.

• Applies only to the original purchaser of a factory-new instrument from an authorized Ibanez dealer.

• Replacement instruments will be of the same model or of similar value if necessary.

• Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) is required.

Exclusions:

• Non-factory electrical/electronic components or tuning hardware.

• Alteration, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, extreme temperatures or humidity, or accidental/intentional damage.

• Shipping damage.

• Expendable maintenance items such as strings, tuning machines, scratched pickguards.

• Normal fret wear, plating on metal parts, finish cracks, tonal characteristics.

• Defaced or removed serial numbers, altered trademarks, or “by Ibanez” branded instruments.

How to Obtain Service:

• Return the instrument through an authorized Ibanez dealer with a return authorization number.

• Include a copy of the sales receipt.

• All shipping and insurance costs to Hoshino are prepaid by the owner; return shipping is covered if the claim is valid.

Owner Responsibilities:

• Maintain the instrument without alteration, misuse, or abuse.

• Only Hoshino-authorized service preserves the warranty; unauthorized service voids it.

Limitations:

• Hoshino is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

• This warranty is the exclusive remedy and replaces all other express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
